Terms of Service

1. The agreement

These terms govern your use of The AI Workforce, a subscription service operated by Funnel Doc AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or paying for a subscription you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. One person per account; sharing logins is not allowed.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. The price displayed at checkout is what you pay; founding-rate subscribers keep their rate for the life of their active subscription. We may change pricing for new members or for members who cancel and resubscribe.

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or by emailing support. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the current period.

Refunds are at our discretion. If something is materially broken and we can't fix it, we will refund. We will not refund for unused time on a subscription you decided you no longer want.

4. What you can and can't do

You may use the app to run your business. You may not:

• resell the service or access to your account;
• use Doc to generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or designed to harass or harm someone;
• attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing controls, or security mechanisms;
• use the service to spam, run unsolicited outreach at scale, or violate any third-party platform's terms (HighLevel, LinkedIn, Slack, Gmail, etc.).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we will cooperate with valid legal process.

5. Your content

You own the content you create with Doc. We hold a non-exclusive, worldwide license only to the extent needed to operate the service for you (storage, processing, generation). We do not use your conversations to train models we don't own; the underlying AI providers may have their own data-handling policies.

6. AI output disclaimer

Doc is an AI assistant. Output is generated and may be inaccurate, out of date, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing anything you ship to a client or customer. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or medical advice.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
