What we collect
When you sign up for The AI Workforce we collect the information you give us at onboarding — name, email, business name, business type, and the questionnaire answers used to personalize Doc. We also store everything you create inside the app: conversations with Doc, deliverables in your library, scheduled tasks, memories, and credentials you enter for integrations like HighLevel, HeyGen, and Anthropic.
Payment details are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers. We do store the provider's subscription ID and lifecycle events so we know whether your subscription is active.
How we use it
Your data powers your account. We use your onboarding answers to tailor Doc's responses, your conversations to provide the service, and your billing events to keep your subscription current. We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use your conversations to train any model outside of the ones you ask Doc to call on your behalf (Anthropic, HeyGen, Kie, Higgsfield).
Third parties
When Doc generates media or sends a message through a connector, the request goes through the service you connected (Anthropic for inference, HighLevel for messaging, HeyGen / Kie / Higgsfield for video, Slack / Gmail / etc. for connectors). Each of those providers has its own privacy policy. Tokens you authorize are encrypted at rest in our database (AES-256-GCM).
Your rights
You can export your data at any time from Settings → Account → Export. You can delete your account by emailing support; deletion cascades through your conversations, library, memories, scheduled tasks, and connector credentials. Audit logs may be retained for a limited period for security and tax purposes.
